This dragon has a few characteristics of a Chinese water dragon ( a real lizard) in addition to those of a Bearded dragon ( another type of real lizard) and a few fantasy elements too. He is about a foot tall on his rock. He is made of cast gypsum, and is airbrushed with acylic paint. He has glass eyes. This is a first test painted gypsum casting of a design that is intended to be cast in cement for outdoor use.

thats so adorable! do you sell these at your store? it would fit perfectly in this one spot on my yard...beautiful!

:-) Melody Pena replies: "I think we are out of them. We have moved and have not set up a new cement pouring place because we have no room!
So this guy may become extinct, at least as an outdoor sculpture. Thank you for commenting here!"

AWWWW!!!!!! soo cute!! 11111111 i want one 8 this looks sooo real!!

:-) Melody Pena replies: "Unfortunately, we aren’t making these at the moment. They were cast in cement, but perhaps we will start making them again in regular gypsum. Gypsum isn’t weather proof, but almost nobody puts these outside anyway.
Thank you so much for the comment!
