He’s beautiful. Something reminds me of the greek sculpture of the Anavysos Kouros, or one of the other kouroi. Maybe it’s because he’s so classisized, with the small smile. I have drooled over your stuff in stores for years and always wondered about the artist behind it. I would even take the free brochures about the artwork home and look at them, the detail was awesome. I must say I’m surprised (and delighted) to see you on elfwood.

That’s just awesome. I wish I could do that. I played with clay once. Unfortunetly, "Lumps" the magic dragon didn’t live long enough to make it home 12

That’s gorgeous. I’d love to see more representations of angels like this--instead of the boobular ones that are all over. Real angels are beautiful because of their kindness.

The profile of this piece is really waxing classical and romantic. All the more reason to love it. It’s both delicate and masculine at the same time. Certainly not the ’norm’ when it comes to the more common representations of angels. Beautiful work.

Even as often as they are portrayed, I think there is still some room for exploration of the subject, artistically. I would like to show them with individual personalities, and like this one, showing logical misconceptions about the world they might have."
