This is an adult Poad. I have  airbrushed and hand painted her in a cuttlefish -inspired pattern of brown cream and copper colors. Poads are a minor characters in "Reptangle", the graphic novel I have been working on for years  and  years  and years...

 I first sculpted this creature for myself  as a model to draw from, because I was having trouble getting my drawings of Poads to be consistent. People seemed to like the sculpture! So, we tried casting and selling a few. 

In the years that followed we have probably sold over a thousand of these things!

"Poad" and "Reptangle" are trade marks of Melody Pena. ( our lawyer says I have to say that.)
